Welcome. I created this website so that I could share with you how easy it is to live an Ayurvedic Lifestyle.
It all started for me in 2007, when I attended a Chopra Center event. The changes I've experienced in my mind and body have been amazing. I've lost 25 lbs., my cholesterol went from 232 to 192, I sleep great, handle stress much better and my relationships with friends and family have improved. How, you may ask, can learning to eat healthier help your relationships? That's the power of living an Ayurvedic Lifestyle.
As you learn about yourself and what foods balance your Ayurvedic constitution or dosha, you start to listen to the signals that your body is sending you every moment of every day. You learn which foods nourish your digestion and which ones aggravate it. You learn what experiences are helpful and which ones are toxic. You learn who you truly are and what you need to live your life to the fullest.
My journey has led me to train as a Chopra Center Certified Perfect Health Instructor and Ayurvedic Consultant. I have also studied Ayurvedic Cooking and Ayurvedic Nutrition and have put these timeless teachings into practice in my own life. I would love to share what I have learned and experienced with you.

An Ayurvedic Lifestyle is simple and practical. Ayurvedic cooking uses fresh vegetables, fruits, beans, legumes, and is not necessarily vegetarian. Your favorite recipes can be redesigned to help improve your digestion and your overall health. You will learn ways to balance yourself by using all 5 senses.
An Ayurvedic consultation can give you the tools you need to loose weight, reduce stress, improve your digestion, sleep better and improve your relationships.
